How does LastBite work?

Browse mystery bags from restaurants and cafés near you, pay in the app, then show your QR code at the counter during the pickup window. That's it.

What's in a mystery bag?

Whatever surplus the venue has at the end of the day — usually 2–3× the value of what you pay. LastBite always lists the food category, allergens to be aware of, and pickup window before you reserve.

What if I can't make my pickup?

Reach out via the app or email support@tawzie.co before the window closes. We'll work with the venue to refund or reschedule where possible.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes all your personal data and active orders in line with UAE PDPL.

I'm a restaurant — how do I join?

Visit the Partner page or email vendors@tawzie.co. We'll onboard you within 24 hours.
